QUALITY The quality goods process in our ultra modern and fully automatic plant. We can produce 99%, 98%, 95% and 85% Pure Husks as well as Powder from 40 Mesh To 100 Mesh as per Buyer's Specification. The goods are processed under very strict and personal care under our Total Quality Team Management. With the result, all the buyers are fully satisfied with our quality. We feel great pleasure to inform you that not a single lot has been rejected till this date.
	DEHUSKING Grinding System with automatic feeding, having arranged 2 plants in parallel with 64 Grinders Magnets are arranged in necessary places. All 2 units can produce 200 Kilos of Mixture of Dehusked Materials per Hour.
FUMIGATION We have our own Fumigation Chamber built as per the specification and instructions guided by PROCTOR & GAMBLE COMPANY, USA where we can treat 20 Tons of 95% Husk or Seeds. Ethylene Oxide (ETO) treated Methyl Bromide Treated We can also offer you Gama Irradiative Psyllium Husk
	HUSK CLEANING By blowing, 10 Blowers are fixed, we can clean about 300 Kilos per Hour. PURITY SEPERATION 2 Units of seivers with 4 layers of different screen and Magnets are placed. Capacity about 355 Kilos Per Hour.
MIXING / PACKING ROOM Well floored room with corners of wall joints are circled, Pest - O - Flash arranged and Screens / Downward chains are placed in windows and doors. Extra care being taken for Hygienic Mixing and packing.
	POWDER PLANT In our Powder Plant, we can produce about 5M. Tons per day. Particle size 40 Mesh to 100 Mesh.
SUPERSACK BAG Uncoated UV sterilized PP woven fabric without liner Net Weight 950 kgs. each bag GUNNY BAG Net Weight. 35 to 40 Kgs. each bag. PAPER BAG HDPE multiwall laminated inside polyliner Net Weight. 25 kgs. each bag. Fibre Drum or as per your specific requirement.

Other Facilities Outer areas of plants are fully cement - floored to keep the plant Clean & Hygienic. 'PEST - O - FLASH' Units are fitted on the walls and the ceiling to attract insects. We have our own Forklift to handle Bulk Packing and Container Stuffing. Our own 2 Generator Units with each 62.5 K.V. Capacity can be used during power scarcity.
